2025 SMART FUTURE International Intelligent Building Annual Project Selection Officially Launched

To promote international exchange in intelligent building research and practice, the SMART FUTURE International Intelligent Building Annual Project Selection has been jointly initiated by multiple intelligent building research institutions. By fostering consensus and selecting annual projects, this initiative aims to enhance the visibility of outstanding intelligent building projects, gather more stakeholders, and attract more intelligent building users to focus on the development of smart buildings, continuously driving innovation and practice in the field.

为推动国际间智慧建筑研究和实践交流，通过凝聚共识、遴选年度项目的方式提高卓越智慧建筑项目的显示度，从而聚集更多利益相关方、吸引更多智慧建筑用户关注智慧建筑发展，持续推动智慧建筑创新实践，由多个智慧建筑研究机构共同发起SMART FUTURE国际智慧建筑年度项目评选。

The SMART FUTURE International Intelligent Building Annual Project Selection is a nonprofit event with no registration or evaluation fees. The selection is open to all regions and languages (although submission materials in Chinese or English are recommended). The results of the selection will be widely used in intelligent building related research reports and published in multiple languages (Chinese and English) through cooperating intelligent building evaluation agencies and new media platforms focused on intelligent buildings.

SMART FUTURE国际智慧建筑年度项目评选为公益活动，无注册费、评选费，评选申请不限区域，不限语言(建议以中文或英文准备申请材料)。评选结果将广泛应用于智慧建筑相关研究报告，并通过合作智慧建筑评价机构、智慧建筑新媒体平台等渠道以中、英多语言发布。

One project will be selected from each category as the annual project. Projects that are not selected will still have the opportunity to participate in other smart building awards supported by SMART FUTURE, both domestically and internationally, and may receive necessary assistance during the award process.

每个类别选出一个作为年度项目，未入选项目仍有机会继续参与SMART FUTURE支持的国内、国际其他智慧建筑评奖，并可在评奖过程中获得必要的辅助支持。

Selection Process 评选流程

■ Submit application materials by October 31, 2025   提交申请材料，截止日期2025年10月31日

■ Professional rating (70% weight), expected completion date November 15, 2025    专业打分(70%权重)，预计完成日期2025年11月15日

■ Popular rating (30% weight), expected completion date November 15, 2025    大众评分(30%权重)，预计完成日期2025年11月15日

■ Announcement of selection results, expected by the end of November 2025    公布评选结果，预计2025年11月底
